Spanish Amity Program Spanish Amity Program - Our new Spanish Amity for the 2008-2009 school year is Berta Albi.  Berta  is from Barcelona, Spain.  She recently graduated with a degree in education.  Berta will be teaching Spanish to the children at Groveland.  She will also led a school language club in the mornings.  Berta’s family loves to travel!  She caught the travel bug early with her first trip, at the age of eight, to Norway.  She has been to the United Kingdom, Argentina, Chile, Turkey, Egypt, Morocco, and Europe.  Berta enjoys playing tennis and skiing.  She recently discovered sailing and can now add that to the list!  We are happy to welcome Berta to Groveland!
