Grade K
Kindergarten students are focusing on exploring our world and how it works. While developing their observational and comparison skills Kindergartner student's will be working on:
-Identifying parts of trees and properties of oak, pine, palm and maple trees.
-Sorting objects by color, shape, size, texture, human made and found in nature.
-Identifying/ comparing different types of fabric and what they are used for.
- Identifying parts of a variety of animals including humans.
- Observe a natural system or its model, and identify living and non-living components in that system.
-Monitor daily seasonal changes in weather and summurize the changes.
